Order Processing
At Glamoure, we create custom printed apparel, DTF transfers, and embroidery with care which means each order is individually produced for you. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping options and delivery times available at checkout may include standard and expedited services. Delivery estimates vary by your location and selected shipping speed. Generally:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within the United States is 3–7 business days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options such as 2-day or overnight services may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after your order has been shipped. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier performance, weather, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, your destination, and the size of your order. Some promotions may offer free shipping on qualifying purchases when specified on the site during special promotions or checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information is usually available within 24–48 hours of shipment. If you do not see a tracking update after this time, please check your spam or junk folder or contact our customer support team for help.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible.
International Orders & Duties
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be assessed by your local government. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international orders may vary based on destination and local customs processing.
Carrier Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
Glamoure partners with trusted carriers, but delivery can sometimes be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If you experience an unusual delay, please contact our support team so we can assist you.
