These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Glamoure Print website (glamoureprint.com) and any products or services you purchase from us. By accessing or ordering from our site, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms. 

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into a contract to use our services and place orders. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

Orders & Payment
All orders require full payment at the time of purchase. Prices listed are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. We accept standard payment methods such as major credit or debit cards and other secure payment processing services.

Order Processing & Custom Items
Because all our products are custom printed or embroidered to your specifications, processing begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Artwork approvals and production times vary by item. Once production begins, orders generally cannot be modified or canceled.

Artwork & Proof Approval
When you upload artwork for customization, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to use and reproduce the artwork. We may provide a digital proof of your design. It is your responsibility to check all details, including spelling and placement, before production begins. We are not responsible for errors in approved proofs.

Intellectual Property
You grant Glamoure Print a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the artwork you provide solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and product images, is protected by copyright and may not be used without our permission.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs, carriers, and delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary by location and service level. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Returns & Refunds
Because items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless products are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact customer support with photos of any issues within a reasonable time of delivery to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glamoure Print is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
